In this instance, our client posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for patio cleaning in Milton Keynes, and we were tagged in the comments. They messaged us asking what method we would opt for and whether we could provide a quote. Before starting the job, we visited our client’s home to assess the patio. As they had marked coloured patio tiles, we recommended a grout option that was available in various shades, ensuring it blended seamlessly with the existing patio.
What We Did
The project started with pressure washing the patio, stripping away any built-up dirt, grime and weeds. We adjusted the pressure throughout to ensure the patio could be thoroughly cleaned without causing any damage.
Next, we moved on to the grout. We removed all existing grout, regrouted the entire patio, and applied a sealer. This process helps to improve durability, prevent water damage and reduce weeds, mould and mildew, all while restoring the overall appearance of the patio.
